Relaxing Weekend

What a lovely weekend we had! Sunday was nice and relaxing, I even got to get away and get some alone shopping time! It was for Delanah :) We had a family outing to the grocery store...may not sounds exciting, but it is rare for us!
We had some good family time, relaxed and played together and even got to bed on time...awesome!
Monday was a harsh wake up call! We had snow...again!!!! Delanah and I were supposed to head down to see g-ma and g-pa in the Springs, but alas, our plans were delayed. Delanah was incredibly cuddly and took over 3 hours in naps! All on me, of course :) Mondays I have been coerced into attending a kick boxing class with my neighbor....oye! It kicked my bum this week! It's good for me though :)
Tuesday we made it down to the Springs, but my little sweet pea was not feeling well. Only mommy would do and cuddles from g-pa and g-ma just weren't on order :( She even had her first runny nose! My poor baby! Eventually she calmed down and I was able to get some sewing done, which was why we went down there in the first place! Delanah even calmed down enough to play with g-ma for awhile. What I found incredibly amusing was that when she was very upset, the only things that would put a smile on her face were the two dogs! So Murry and Bruiser were put to work! They are such good boys!! Made her laugh through her tears :) When we got home that night she was all smiles for her Daddy though...she just loves her cuddle time and bath time with him! A rough start to the week, but we made it through!
